Delivery

We will contact you to confirm the delivery date by email or SMS.

We deliver our products 7 days a week between 8am and 6pm. If the product has not been delivered when expected please contact our team info@altimber.co.uk.

We want to ensure that we fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery times can vary throughout the year, but on average take 6 - 12 weeks from confirmation of order and receipt of your payment.
On-Peak Season, delivery time takes longer, approx 12-16 weeks.
We do hold stock of certain models here in the UK, which can mean faster delivery time.

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address or by an appointed person, and a signature must be provided.

Our log cabins come packed in a weatherproof packaging. The parts can stand outside for several weeks before you construct your log cabin. In case of any visible damage upon delivery - please contact our team info@altimber.co.uk

Garden Buildings are delivered on a Flatbed trailer and unloaded by hand on arrival.
It is important that when the delivery vehicle is being unloaded, you check to make sure all of the items and instructions have arrived and are correct. You will receive a components list with your manuals to check your parts against. In the unlikely event that any items are missing or damaged, it is essential that this is noted on a delivery discrepancy form and returned with the delivery driver.
Goods will be delivered to the first point of contact at the front of your property e.g. on your driveway. We will not carry items through a house or any decorated property.

You can opt for collection if you wish, however this must be done at the point of order. You must have the appropriate vehicles to transport your order from our site to its final destination.
